After completing an individual Zillow case study that received positive feedback, I teamed up with classmates to extend the work into a group research and redesign project. Together, we focused on how verified reviews could increase renter engagement, creating prototypes and running usability tests that demonstrated reviews build trust and encourage more interaction with listings.
